We were approached by Nigel White who wanted advice on the structural waterproofing system to use on his koi fishpond that he was building. The pond was of a concrete block construction on top of a concrete base.

We carried out a site survey and recommended the Heyen Super Slurry Tanking System. Heyen provided a suitable specification which was followed to completion.

Two coats of the slurry were applied to the walls and one coat to the floor. All ninety degree angles were filleted using Heyen Barrier Mortar.

The pond is now stocked with Koi carp and is now up and running and the client is extremely satisfied.
