Heyen Masonry Facade Cream

Overview:

Heyen Masonry Cream is suitable for use on brick, stone and concrete walls. Reducing the porosity of masonry also reduces heat transfer thus improving the thermal efficiency of a building. By keeping walls dry it improves the thermal efficiency and can reduce energy costs. Heyen Masonry Cream allows the wall to breath. Heyen Masonry Cream is UV resistant and is an easy application flood resilience measure and protects the wall from further damp penetration. It can be used in areas of flood risk on new and existing properties and is UV resistant and has a life expectancy of 20 - 30 years.

Application:

Applied by brush or roller - When first applied Heyen Masonry Cream appears white but after 24 - 48 hours it reverts to its original appearance. Heyen Masonry Cream penetrates deeply into the wall and will protection from light rain and within two hours of application. However the deep penetrating nature, it can take up to 2 months its full beading effect is noticeable.
